For clarification, an emergency is a sudden or unforeseen event that, if not dealt with would render the property dangerous or unsafe and cause further damage to property or cause personal risk to residents.
If you smell gas or suspect that there may be a gas leak, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 immediately and follow any instructions given.
If you have suffered a loss of power, check whether it is isolated to your flat or a more general outage.
If there is a general loss of power, contact UK Power Networks on 0800 316 3105 or 105 who may be able to assist / advise further.”
